How do I find my agent’s phone number?

You may locate your agent’s phone number on the upper right section of your declarations page.

At this time we do not directly accept credit or debit card payments. Your agent may have the ability to accept a credit card payment on your behalf. Please contact them directly for further assistance.

We accept ACH payments via phone or online using the routing/transit and account numbers from your U.S.-based checking or savings account. We also accept checks, money orders and cashier’s checks. Our mailing address is:

In addition, we are an electronic recipient for online bill payment providers, listed as “UNIVERSAL PROPERTY & CASUALTY INSURANCE”.

At this time we do not offer the option to schedule future-dated payments through our website. Many banks allow payments to be scheduled in advance through online bill pay. Please contact your bank directly for further assistance.

Payments made over the phone or online through this website are posted to the policy in real time.

Payments are generally withdrawn from your checking account within 2 business days after the payment has been completed over the phone or online through this website. If funds have not been withdrawn within 5 business days, please contact our Customer Service Department to review your policy.

Inquiries regarding an existing claim may be sent to claimshelp@ americanplatinumpcic.com. Please include your claim number in the subject line to assist with the review.

You may visit www.americanplatinumpcic.com to get a quote right from the homepage. Click on the Get a Quote button and enter the information requested. Please allow 24 business hours for a reply. Alternatively, if you would prefer a local agent, visit www.universalproperty.com and select Find an Agent from the navigation menu, enter your zip code and select Go. A list of agents within your specified distance will appear. Please select an agent and contact them for a quote.

For changes to mailing address, name or contact information, coverage, cancellation, adding or removing an insured or mortgages and more, please contact your agent for assistance. For your convenience, your agent’s name and phone number are listed on the upper right section of your declarations page.

To add your policy to your online account, all you will need is the policy number, the last name on policy and the property zip code. You only need to create one account to manage multiple policies..

Please visit www.americanplatinumpcic.com and select Login from the top of the page. Please enter your email and password as directed, then fill out your information and select Register. Within a few moments you will receive an email link to activate your account from donotreply@universalproperty.com. Please click the email link to activate the account. Then, please visit www.universalproperty.com again and select Login once more. Once you have logged in, select Add a New Policy found under My Policies.

Please visit www.americanplatinumpcic.com and select Login from the top of the page. Once you have logged in, select My Settings and then Edit under Contact Information and enter your new email as directed. Please note, you will receive a new activation link via email.

Yes. Please visit www.americanplatinumpcic.com and select Login from the top of the page. Once you have logged in, select My Policies and locate the document based on the document description. If your policy was recently issued, please contact your agent as they have the ability to email you an electronic copy.

Please log in to your web account on www.americanplatinumpcic.com. Once you have logged in, select My Settings and use the Go paperless! feature.

Please visit www.americanplatinumpcic.com and select Login from the top of the page. Click I Forgot next to the Password field and complete the steps. Within a few moments you will receive an email link to reset your password from donotreply@americanplatinumpcic.com. You can also change your password on the My Settings page if you are logged in.
